She leads a team of eight, owns the budgets and vendor relationships that keep projects moving, and has steered organizations through mergers, reorgs, and the messy reality of scaling. A Wrike expert who genuinely loves process, she’s as at home mapping a resourcing plan as sharpening a brief or building AI-powered tools that show leadership exactly how work flows. Across brand, digital, trade, and DTC, she protects both the deadline and the craft — the rare leader who guards quality and delivery in the same breath.

Sheree has spent 10+ years producing events across wine and hospitality — from festival partnerships like BottleRock and the Napa Valley Film Festival to luxury weddings, private parties, and VIP tastings. She handles it all end to end: vendors, permits, staffing, budgets, and the multi-day logistics that make an ambitious event look effortless.
Sheree Johnson is the founder of Glasshouse Creative, a Napa Valley agency built for wine and spirits brands. She leads styled photo and video shoots, web design, and digital campaigns through a hand-picked collective of wine-fluent creatives — pairing a real creative eye with the operational discipline to ship beautiful work on time and on budget.

Sheree serves as Board Liaison and Marketing Strategist for the Napa State Hospital Volunteer Community Advisory Board, where she leads the organization’s digital presence — building its website, managing its social channels, and securing nonprofit partnerships like Google for Nonprofits and PayPal to extend its reach.
